The senior pastor works with the assistant pastors, administrative staff, department leaders, and the membership to ensure that the Good News of Jesus Christ is proclaimed and that the operation of the church runs smoothly. This is generally performed by placing emphasis on the spiritual, physical, emotional and ​financial well-being of the church family.
